Delivery Policy

For smaller items we use Royal mail 24 or Royal mail 48. For larger items we use Parcelforce.

Small orders we usually do in 10 working days, but for larger orders please allow longer dispatch time.

After production, we dispatch all finished orders by Royal Mail courier for 1-2 working day service. Some postcodes, including Northern Ireland (BT), the Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB31-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, FK19-21, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH5-10, PH15-26, PH30-44, ZE), Isle of Man (IM), or Isle of Wight (PO31-41) may take between 3 and 5 working days, and may incur an extra charge.

Production days are held to be working days: Monday to Friday inclusive unless notified otherwise, e.g. for some UK Bank Holidays.

Items that have not arrived - BSS operate 21 working days policy from the date of your order before we can class your order as being lost in transit. If your goods do not arrive once these timescales have been breached then we'll gladly refund you the full amount or repeat your order. We will have no liability to you to issue a refund or replacement order if we have not been notified by yourself of non delivery of your order after 30 working days.

Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery.

Remember that you can`t cancel custom made order, if it`s already been made.

Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting your details the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
